Venezuela Fury, the 16-year-old daughter of boxing champion Tyson Fury, has disclosed that she wept throughout her wedding day to Noah Price, 19. The couple married in May on the Isle of Man, where marriage at 16 is legal with parental consent.
Emotional Wedding Day
In a new interview, Venezuela said: 'It's a big day for anyone. I'm not a very emotional person, but it's a lot to take on isn't it, a wedding - and I just cried all day.' Her husband Noah interjected: 'You just cried yourself to sleep didn't you.' Venezuela added: 'I fell asleep. But now I look at it and I really did enjoy my wedding. It was very good.'
Life as Newlyweds
The teenagers have moved into their first home together, a static caravan in Yorkshire, embracing a traditional traveller lifestyle similar to how Venezuela's parents, Tyson and Paris Fury, began their marriage. Venezuela is the eldest of seven children and has expressed a desire to have a large family. Noah stated he would like 'eight or nine kids,' while Venezuela said: 'I want as many as we are blessed with. If you are tortured with one, you may as well have more. It's part of married life when you love someone like we do.'
Addressing Criticism
The couple has faced criticism for marrying so young, but Venezuela told The Sun: 'When you've found the one you love, there's no point waiting. Dad told me not to listen to what others say or let anybody get involved in our marriage. And there's no divorce. Mam says to be respectful, stand your ground, but be kind.'
Future Plans
Venezuela and Noah are reportedly in discussions for a potential reality TV show, following the success of 'At Home with the Furys' featuring Venezuela's parents. A TV insider told The Sun: 'The couple are not A-list celebrities, but everyone has become obsessed with their love story. People are genuinely intrigued by them. Whether it's the fact they have married so young, Venezuela's famous family or their gypsy lifestyle, they have the 'X factor.'' Netflix is considered the frontrunner for the project, and Venezuela is also pursuing brand deals, aiming to become an influencer.
