Vanessa Feltz is launching a new YouTube series filmed at her London home, weeks after her Channel 5 daytime programme was axed. The 64-year-old presenter announced her show, At Home With Vanessa, will debut in August.
The series, which she describes as an "adult version" of The Big Breakfast, will feature interviews from her bed, a nod to her iconic 1990s segment on the Channel 4 show. Feltz is constructing a purpose-built studio at her home, which she calls Feltz Towers.

Speaking to the Express, Feltz said: "It's going to be a kind of grown-up Big Breakfast-ish, all shot at my house. It's my actual house where I really live. I've lived there 24 years and there's a studio under construction right now."
"It's going to be shot in my kitchen, in my bathroom, in my bedroom, on the staircase and all over the house really. It's a Victorian Gothic folly so it's got a sort of Juliet balcony and I might well be on the balcony to greet my guests calling over the edge of it."
Feltz replaced Paula Yates on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast in 1996, interviewing celebrities while lying in a bed. In 1999, she moved to the BBC to host The Vanessa Show. More recently, she fronted a rebooted version of Vanessa on Channel 5 as part of the Jeremy Vine daytime strand, but learned last month that the programme had been axed. The final episode aired on Friday, July 17.
Reaction to Cancellation
Reflecting on the cancellation, she said: "I think they're saving money by putting on movies they already own instead and there are cuts everywhere in TV, it's not only me. I'm just a minuscule part of this huge thing which is devastating for absolutely everyone because people have given their lives to this business."
"I'm not the only shocked and blindsided person, certainly not, but I do what I've always done in life, which is just keep calm and carry on because what else can you do?"

Turning her attention to At Home With Vanessa, she added: "I hope it lends itself to a show that isn't just people sitting on a sofa looking very formal, talking about something in a very formal way. I hope it's kind of looser, more fun and more unpredictable than that."
She also acknowledged the financial appeal of moving to YouTube, saying: "Television is very expensive when you make terrestrial TV. The cheapest kind of TV you can make is people sitting still in one studio talking, whereas for YouTube it's a bit different because it's different costs and a different vibe altogether."
Feltz is not alone in making the move online. Her former This Morning colleague Holly Willoughby is also preparing to launch her own YouTube lifestyle series, Holly Willoughby Together, which premieres on July 28. The series will cover lifestyle topics including fashion, beauty and health, alongside interviews with celebrity guests. A trailer released this week shows the 45-year-old in a noticeably different light to her polished This Morning persona, as she swears in frustration while attempting to use a sausage maker during a cooking segment and quips: "I feel like I'm on OnlyFans."
Holly fronted This Morning for 14 years before stepping down in 2023, and continued to present Dancing On Ice until that show was "rested" in March 2025 with no further series planned. Holly Willoughby Together will release two episodes per week from July 28 and will be available on YouTube, digital streaming platforms and across social media.
