Una Healy Backs David Haye's I'm A Celeb Rival Adam Thomas
Una Healy Backs Adam Thomas Over David Haye Feud

David Haye's ex-girlfriend Una Healy has thrown her support behind his I'm A Celebrity rival Adam Thomas after a tense All Stars series. The former boxer, 45, and Waterloo Road star, 37, clashed in South Africa, with Haye criticising Thomas for not participating in some trials.

Reunion Fallout

During the explosive reunion last week, Thomas reportedly snubbed a handshake from Haye, who accused the father-of-two of lacking the "mental strength" to compete, despite later apologising. However, Healy, who dated Haye three years ago, publicly supported Thomas by liking an Instagram post where Thomas shared a photo of his son Teddy with dance trophies.

Thomas wrote: "One thing I've learnt though is as you get older you start to realise, it's not about trophies or crowns, none of that really matters. I already won a long time ago. Everything I need is right here." Healy, a member of The Saturdays, showed her support after Haye reportedly rattled Thomas so much during the reunion that he threw his crown of flowers to the ground in anger.

Clashes Continue

In one of ITV's most chaotic broadcasts in recent years, Haye and ex-footballer Jimmy Bullard clashed with Thomas again. The actor had previously fallen out with the pair in the jungle, revealing that Haye's comments "broke" him. Haye was criticised for calling Thomas "useless" after he declined a trial due to a medical condition. Meanwhile, Thomas and Bullard clashed when Bullard withdrew from a trial, leaving Thomas at risk of early elimination.

Despite the show being filmed months earlier, tensions remained high. On Friday, as Thomas was crowned winner, Haye reportedly goaded him, saying: "You're not a worthy winner," prompting Thomas to fume: "This is bullying."

Una Opens Up

Healy has since spoken lightly about her relationship with Haye. In an interview with The Sun, the mother-of-two said she was only in a relationship with Haye, and the surrounding rumours made her realise what she won't tolerate. Admitting she hasn't had the "best track record" in romance, she said: "I've moved on so long ago from all that."

Insisting she now has "non-negotiables," she continued: "You live and learn in life. I think that I've learned now what I don't want, and I'm going to have my non-negotiables, what I will not tolerate or put up with. I don't want to do the whole situationship thing. I've done that, I tried that. It's not very fulfilling. I've actually written a song about it."
