Ulrika Jonsson, 58, has showcased the results of a six-month intensive skin treatment plan aimed at reversing years of sun damage. The former Gladiators host shared before-and-after images on social media, revealing a noticeably younger complexion.
The tailored regimen included the collagen stimulator Juliaine, laser resurfacing, injectable skin boosters, and a laser treatment to remove pigmentation. Practitioner Dr Benji Dhillon emphasised that the goal was not to make Jonsson look 20 years younger, but to help her look her best for her age while still appearing natural.
Jonsson expressed her delight with the results, stating they exceeded her expectations. 'It's not about looking younger, I don't want to look 21, but I want to look the best that I can for my age,' she said in a social media clip. She described the outcome as 'natural, balanced, realistic.'
Last year, Jonsson hit back at trolls who criticised her appearance during a podcast appearance. She defended herself in The Times, writing: 'I've fought hard against the whole perception of women being solely about beauty and image. I'm a practical woman and I come with a wealth of experience, kindness and intelligence.'
