Travis Kelce has stirred fresh rumours of an engagement to Taylor Swift after discussing lab-grown diamonds on his podcast. The Kansas City Chiefs star made the comments during an episode of 'New Heights' with his brother Jason Kelce on Wednesday.
Speaking about NBA player Victor Wembanyama, the 34-year-old joked: "Lab-grown diamonds, that's a lab-grown f***ing NBA player. Can't wait til I f***ing make one." The remark prompted a flurry of speculation among Swifties on social media.
One fan suggested: "If they were engaged or getting engaged I think Jason would be the one to hint at it not Travis... I really think it would be a family ring or vintage ring." Others remained sceptical, noting the brothers frequently joke on the podcast.
The comments come amid ongoing public interest in the relationship between the NFL star and pop singer, who have been linked since last year. Neither party has confirmed any engagement plans.
