The holiday comes in the wake of the resolution of her paternity case with singer Conor Maynard. Chilton had claimed Maynard was the father of her daughter Penelope, but a DNA test in March proved otherwise. Despite this, she had called for a second test.
A source close to Chilton said she was 'shell-shocked' by the news, but emphasised that her pursuit of the truth was never about money or fame. Her representative later issued a statement confirming Maynard is not the biological father, thanking her legal team and stating that Chilton will now take time to 'process, heal and reflect'.
