Ladbrokes has published the odds for the 10 actors most likely to become the next James Bond, as the race to replace Daniel Craig officially begins. The next Bond film is already in development at Amazon's MGM Studios, directed by Denis Villeneuve and written by Steven Knight.
Daniel Craig's Legacy and the Search for 007
Daniel Craig played James Bond from 2006's Casino Royale to 2021's No Time To Die. His casting was initially controversial due to his height (5ft 10in) and blond hair, deviating from the traditional "tall, dark, and handsome" image. Despite early boycotts and campaigns like danielcraigisnotbond.com, Craig became a beloved Bond.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "The race to replace Daniel Craig as 007 has arguably never been as wide-open. 10 names are currently 14/1 or shorter for the role, and while Callum Turner continues to lead the way, plenty of big names are among the firm frontrunners."
