Tommy Fury has revealed that he drank Molly-Mae Hague's breast milk while she was still breastfeeding their daughter, Bambi. The former Love Island star and boxer, 27, made the admission on the latest episode of his BBC podcast, What The Fury?, which he hosts alongside his father John Fury.
Tommy also made the bizarre claim that drinking Molly-Mae's breast milk made his arms “double in size”. In the podcast, he tells John: “I’ve drunk breast milk. I remember when Molly... [had] just given birth to Bambi, I did have a little taste.”
Father's Disgust and Tommy's Defense
Talking over his father’s groans of disgust and disapproval, Tommy continued: “Do you know that is a real growth hormone, that? You know how much goodness is in that breast milk?” John quipped: “I’d rather eat six tarantulas. Are you crazy?” However, Tommy pressed on: “Listen, that breast milk is good for you. My arms doubled in size.”
His father questioned just how Tommy was able to “obtain” Molly-Mae’s breast milk, to which the boxer clarified the milk was in a bottle in the fridge when he tried it. “[My] power went through the roof, added another inch on my arms. It was fantastic. Real HGH there, Human Growth Hormone,” he added.
John Fury's Reaction
“Now you’re telling me stuff that’s blowing my mind,” John said. “I’m going to look at you in another light. Are you serious?” Tommy insisted: “I’m telling you, look it up after this. Yes. You’re giving it to a newborn baby that needs all these nutrients.”
“Yeah, but you’re not a newborn baby,” John said, before Tommy interrupted and said: “Yeah, still need the nutrients. Can never do without any nutrients. Listen, you can’t call me [sic] for drinking breast milk after just eating a tarantula.” John had more questions and asked who had offered Tommy the breast milk. Tommy replied: “Well, I kind of took it upon myself. It was there, it was obviously for the child, no one was offering it.”
Comparison to Almond Milk
“It was alright, it was a bit like almond or soy milk.” “Let’s stop,” John groaned. Studies show that breast milk only contains trace amounts of HGH and is strictly meant to support the delicate metabolic development of an infant.
Background on the Couple
Tommy and Molly-Mae welcomed their first child Bambi in 2023 and their second child, a son named Midas, in June 2026. The couple met on Love Island in June 2019 and went on to come in second place on the show, behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea. They got engaged in 2023, six months after Molly-Mae gave birth to Bambi. However, the couple have not yet married and briefly split up at the end of 2024.
In her docu-series Molly-Mae: Behind It All, which was released by Prime Video in 2025, Molly-Mae suggested that Tommy’s drinking had become a problem in their relationship and subsequently led to the split. Tommy later addressed his drinking, which he described as having been “excessive”, in an interview with Men’s Health last year. He said he began “drinking quite a lot” while unable to train because of a hand surgery.
“I'd go out and just drink and drink and drink,” he told the publication. “It went on that way for a long time. Most nights I would drink to get black-out drunk. I think that's what really took its toll on me.” He added: “We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn't be the partner that I wanted to be anymore. It kills me to say it, but I couldn't. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.”
The couple confirmed they were back together in May 2025 in an episode of her docu-series. Molly-Mae said in the show: “I love Tommy so much and I love our family so much that I'm willing to ride the wave. And that's not something that everyone wants to do, but it's something that I'm willing to do because I want my family.” They announced Molly-Mae was pregnant with their second child in February this year, and she gave birth in June. She shared a sweet black-and-white photograph of her, Tommy and Bambi surrounding the newest arrival in a hospital bed, with the caption: “And then there were four.”
