Tom Holland has confirmed that he and Zendaya are married, addressing long-standing speculation about their relationship. The British actor, best known for playing Spider-Man, revealed in an interview with Esquire that his family attended the wedding.
Speaking about AI-generated wedding photos that circulated online, Holland said his grandmother initially thought she had missed the ceremony. When asked if he had to reassure other relatives, he replied: 'No, because they were all there.' He declined to provide further details, stating: 'That’s all you’ll get on that.'
The couple, who became engaged in December 2024, have kept their wedding private. Rumours intensified when Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, told Access Hollywood in March 2026 that the ceremony had already taken place. Zendaya later offered a non-denial on the Jimmy Kimmel show.
Holland reflected on their bond, describing Zendaya as his 'person' and 'best friend'. He said: 'We can support each other in ways that only we can… I have never felt so supported and safe, ever.'
The couple met when Zendaya auditioned for Spider-Man: Homecoming. Holland recalled that producers immediately knew she was right for the role. The latest Spider-Man film, Brand New Day, is set for release at the end of July.
