Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have split after nine months of dating, according to reports. The 63-year-old Top Gun star and the 37-year-old Blonde actress never officially confirmed their relationship but were seen together at high-profile events, including David Beckham's 50th birthday party earlier this year.
A source told The Sun: 'Tom and Ana had a good time together but their time as a couple has run its course. They are going to remain good friends but they aren’t dating anymore. They just realised they weren’t going to go the distance and that they are better off as mates. The spark had gone between them but they still love each other’s company and they’ve both been really adult about it.'
The pair were due to star together in the supernatural thriller Deeper, but that project is reportedly on hold. De Armas previously mentioned working on multiple projects with Cruise, directed by Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie.
Romance rumours began in February when they were seen dining in London, initially described as 'friendly, not flirty.' They later enjoyed park strolls, a yacht trip in Spain, and attended Oasis' reunion concert at Wembley Stadium. Cruise has been married to Mimi Rogers, Nicole Kidman, and Katie Holmes; de Armas was previously married to Marc Clotet and dated Ben Affleck.
