Coronation Street star Tina O'Brien showcased her remarkable physique in a tiny bikini as she enjoyed the sunshine in Italy on Thursday. The 42-year-old actress took to Instagram to post a series of stunning images from her getaway, where she wore a pink and green patterned two-piece.

Other photos captured her posing in a chic strapless dress while sipping sparkling wine at dinner, and she also sported an elegant polka dot ensemble for another evening out. In the caption, she wrote: 'I had the most incredible solo travel experience exploring Ischia and Capri. Can't wait to plan the next one.'
Beauty Regime Revelations
The post comes shortly after Tina divulged her beauty secrets, admitting that her routine is 'so embarrassingly low key that it's almost non-existent.' Although she has been promoting collagen supplements on Instagram, she confessed in one of the ads that the true secret to her youthful appearance is her love of sleep.
'I'm turning 43 this year and sometimes people say to me, 'what beauty regimes are using?' And the truth is, it's so embarrassingly low key that it's almost non-existent,' she revealed in an Instagram video. 'You'd think that working on television that I would have an amazing 10 step routine by now, but sadly, I don't. But the things that I really do swear by are very, very simple. I'm obsessed with sleep and I need a minimum of 8 hours, but ideally I love to get 10.'
Tina, who joined Coronation Street at age 16 in 1999, added in the caption: 'I've never followed a regimented skincare routine. Instead I swear by three simple things: Eight hours sleep. Drinking lots of water. And the main one... collagen.'
Personal Struggles
The actress has faced a difficult period recently, following the heartbreaking death of her father and a breakup. She shared a post on Instagram late last year explaining her absence from social media. 'I've been a little quiet on here. My dad recently died. I haven't quite known how to put it into words,' she told fans, accompanied by the poignant Cat Stevens song Father And Son. 'My heart is very heavy, but I'm grateful he is no longer suffering. Thank you to everyone who's held me steady through this difficult time. I love you. You mean the world to me.'
Tina, best known for playing Sarah Platt, split from her millionaire interior designer ex, Adam Fadlé, 38, in November 2025. The couple had gone public with their romance over the summer when they attended her Corrie co-star Jack P Shepherd's wedding in July. However, insiders told Daily Mail that she ended the romance after admitting it 'wasn't going anywhere' and that she didn't want to invest energy in something 'that was never going to last.' Friends claimed her blunt assessment left Adam 'stunned,' as he believed the relationship had real potential. Tina was firm about the split, removing all photos of the couple from her Instagram, including snaps from a romantic September holiday to Greece.
The relationship came just months after the collapse of her seven-year marriage to ex-husband Adam Crofts, with whom she shares son Beau, 11. The pair reportedly parted ways over Christmas 2024. As well as Beau, Tina is mother to budding actress and singer daughter, Scarlett, 17, co-parenting with her Corrie co-star ex Ryan Thomas.
