Strictly Come Dancing contestant Thomas Skinner has revealed an impressive weight loss of one stone just weeks into the 2025 series. The 34-year-old Apprentice star, partnered with professional dancer Amy Dowden, shared his progress on social media, attributing the transformation to the intense rehearsals.
In a post on X, Skinner wrote: 'Good evening guys, I know it’s Wednesday but I filmed this earlier thinking it was Thursday. That’s how shattered I am from all the dancing. Been working hard, I’ve lost a stone and our dance routine for Saturday night is absolutely bonkers… I can’t wait to show u all.' He urged fans to vote for him and Dowden.
The accompanying video showed the pair discussing their hard work. Skinner joked: 'Basically I’m like a Ferrari stuck in the garage, ain’t been drove in a few years but don’t worry, I’m coming out soon.' Dowden teased back: 'Who told you that you were a Ferrari?' to which Skinner replied: 'All right, a Transit van!'
