Former Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has become a father for the fourth time. The 38-year-old, who rose to fame on The Apprentice, shared the joyful news on Instagram that his wife Sinead had given birth, though he did not reveal the baby's sex.
Baby Arrives at 5:51pm
Skinner posted: "Welcome to the world, our beautiful little one. Today at 5:51pm, our little bundle of joy arrived weighing a healthy 7lb 13oz, and honestly, we couldn’t feel more blessed." He praised his wife, saying: "Firstly, I have to say how incredible my wife, Sinéad, has been. You were absolutely amazing, darling. I am so proud of you. Watching you bring our baby into the world was the most beautiful thing, and I love you more than words can ever say."
He also thanked the midwives: "A massive thank you as well to the wonderful midwives, Jo and Sarah. You were both simply fantastic. Your kindness, care and support meant the world to us, and we’ll never forget it."
Family Now 'Complete'
Skinner said his family is now "complete" and that his other children—Henry, Roma, and Darla—are eager to meet their new sibling. He ended his post with his trademark catchphrase: "Bosh."
Among the flood of congratulatory messages was one from former rugby star Phil Vickery, who wrote: "Wonderful news .. sending love to you all brother." Footballer Anton Ferdinand also commented: "Congratulations to you both."
Pregnancy Announcement and Recent Scandals
Sinead's pregnancy was announced on his birthday earlier this year, with Skinner joking about needing a bigger car. The happy news comes after a turbulent period for the TV personality. He faced criticism after joining the last series of Strictly Come Dancing due to his outspoken social media views. Controversy continued when he snatched a journalist's phone at a press event, and he later admitted to a two-week fling with a beautician shortly after marrying Sinead in 2022. He was voted off the show early but now appears focused on family life.
