BBC Blunder May Have Revealed The Traitors' Secret Twist Winner

Fans of the BBC's hit reality show The Traitors believe a production blunder may have accidentally revealed the identity of the 'Secret Traitor' in season four. The show introduced a new twist this year, with a hidden Traitor whose identity is unknown to both contestants and viewers at home.

In a recent episode of the spin-off show The Traitors: Uncloaked, viewers spotted four framed photographs on the back wall of the set. Three of these were portraits of the known Traitors—Hugo, Rachel, and Stephen—alongside a fourth portrait of contestant Harriet, a 52-year-old crime writer and former barrister.

Fans quickly took to social media to point out the apparent clue. One viewer posted on X: "Look at the back wall. The only portraits they've got up are the three traitors PLUS Harriet, that secret barrister." Another added: "Why are the 3 traitors pictured on the wall… with Harriet."

The Secret Traitor, described by the show as wearing a red cloak, can shortlist players for murder each night and knows the identities of the other Traitors. With 13 contestants still in the game, the revelation has sparked intense speculation.

The BBC has not commented on the alleged blunder. The Secret Traitor's identity is expected to be revealed in Thursday's episode. New episodes of The Traitors air on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays on BBC.
