BBC viewers rushed to social media to share the same verdict following the latest episode of The One Show.
The chat show returned to screens on Thursday evening (October 8), with hosts JB Gill and Roman Kemp at the helm. During the show's interview segment, the duo spoke to Hollywood legends John Cena and Jessica Biel about their upcoming action thriller, Matchbox The Movie.
Fans stunned by Hollywood duo
While the film's plot sounds interesting, viewers at home couldn't quite believe they were seeing the Hollywood duo on the BBC programme. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one posted: "John Cena on the b****y one show goodness."
Someone else was just as stunned, sharing: "John Cena on the one show???? had to do a double take because HUH???," while a third viewer wrote: "Just having John Cena casually on the #OneShow."
Yet another BBC fan chimed in with: "John Cena and Jessica Biel on the One Show. What a programme," and a fifth added: "John Cena and Jessica Biel on #TheOneShow! I just completed my bingo card!". Meanwhile another person joked: "#theoneshow I'm unfamiliar with John Cena."
Cena and Biel's careers
Cena, 49, is no stranger to the screen, having found fame as a professional wrestler in 1999. He has since transitioned into the world of film and television, starring in everything from new Netflix comedy Little Brother and acclaimed superhero show Peacemaker.
Meanwhile Biel has been a familiar face since the 90s, and famously fronted the iconic horror film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The 44-year-old has also been nominated for several impressive acting awards, including Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy prizes.
Cena on his stunts
Addressing the daring stunts he had to accomplish in the new film, Cena admitted he was a little hesitant. He explained: "I'm jumping from all of these heights. I spent 23 years falling down in the WWE [but] I knew that a fall from three feet hurts.
"It's one of those things where I'm not really into chasing that sort of adrenaline, and normally movies are like 'No, that's for a professional.'"
However, the actor also confessed he knew what the role required. "[The director] sent me a list of things he wanted me to do before he even started the movie. So I knew what I was signing up for," he said.
The One Show airs Monday to Friday at 7pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
