Taylor Swift's Opalite Music Video Features Graham Norton Show Cameos and Hidden Easter Egg

Taylor Swift has released the music video for her track Opalite, the third single from her album The Life of a Showgirl. The video, which premiered this weekend, features cameos from fellow guests on The Graham Norton Show, including Cillian Murphy, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Lewis Capaldi, and host Graham Norton himself.

Swift explained that the idea for the video came during her appearance on the show in 2025, when Gleeson joked about wanting to be in one of her music videos. She later sent him a script for the Opalite video, casting him in the starring role, and invited the other guests to join. The star-studded video has already gone viral.

Fans have spotted a major Easter egg in the video, pointing to the next single from the album. In one 90s-themed scene, a Faith vinyl and two posters of George Michael appear, referencing his 1987 song Father Figure. Swift has credited the late singer as a co-writer on her track Father Figure, the fourth song on The Life of a Showgirl.

The theory has gained traction online, with fans also interpreting a close-up shot of a clock showing 7 and 11 as a possible release date of Saturday 11 July, or 7:55pm suggesting Friday 8 May. The Opalite music video is available now on Spotify and Apple Music.
