Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have become the talk of the town after the pop star attended the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Swift was seen cheering alongside Kelce's mother, Donna, as the Chiefs secured a victory.
Despite her recent appearance in Chiefs red, Swift is a self-professed Philadelphia Eagles fan, a loyalty she shares with Donna Kelce, whose son Jason plays center for the Eagles. Donna famously wore a split Eagles-Chiefs jersey during the Super Bowl, which has since been enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The romance rumors between Swift and Kelce have intensified after Kelce admitted on the Pat McAfee show that he had invited Swift to watch him play. 'I threw the ball in her court,' he said. Swift, currently on a break from her Eras Tour, took him up on the offer and was seen enthusiastically cheering from the stands.
The Chiefs, reigning Super Bowl champions, improved to 2-1 with the win. Kelce caught a touchdown pass during the game, further endearing himself to Swift and the Kansas City faithful.
