Strictly's Lewis Cope Reveals Sister's Terminal Cancer Diagnosis

Lewis Cope, known for his role as Nicky Miligan in ITV's Emmerdale, has shared that his sister has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. The actor, who is now competing on Strictly Come Dancing, opened up about the personal tragedy.

Cope, 29, is one of 13 children and has previously spoken about his close-knit family. He revealed that his sister's diagnosis has been devastating, but he is determined to make her proud on the dance floor.

The dancer and actor began his career at age 11 in the West End production of Billy Elliot. He later competed as part of hip-hop dance troupe Ruff Diamond, finishing as runners-up on Sky One's Got To Dance in 2013.
