Strictly Come Dancing fans have shared their delight as professional dancer Alexis Warr confirmed her return to the UK as preparations for the 2026 series get underway.

Alexis joined the pro line-up for the first time in 2025, making it to the final with YouTube and TikTok star George Clarke. After the series ended, she took part in the first UK tours with her co-stars before returning to the US, as she is originally from Utah and previously appeared on So You Think You Can Dance.
Now confirmed in the professional line-up for Strictly's upcoming run, set to start in September, Alexis has been seen returning to the UK. Rehearsals for the pros are expected to begin in the coming weeks, ahead of pre-recorded routines for the series.

Taking to Instagram, Alexis shared a video of herself packing and saying goodbye to loved ones before taking two flights back. "We have our heading," she captioned the post, prompting an outpouring of support from fans.

Personal Update
During her time in the US, Alexis took a step back from social media. Last week, she explained why, writing on her Instagram Story: "Sorry I've been a bit MIA... Sharing a personal update." She then revealed that she and her childhood sweetheart, Jake Burton, whom she married in 2018, had split.
She followed up with a statement: "Sharing a personal life update. After much consideration and with the greatest respect for each other, Jake and I have made the decision to separate. Whilst this hasn't been an easy decision, it has been reached with a huge amount of love and we're each others biggest cheerleaders. We won't be commenting on this further and kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this life change together. Thank you, as always, for your support."
