The Traitors winner Stephen Libby has admitted he made 'mistakes' during the BBC series, as he appeared on ITV's This Morning following his historic victory with Rachel Duffy.
The 32-year-old cyber security consultant from the Isle of Lewis won the fourth season of the Claudia Winkleman programme on Friday night, becoming the first pair of traitors to win together. The pair split the £95,750 prize pot, taking home £47,875 each.
Speaking to presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, Stephen said: 'It's very stressful in there... I made so many mistakes in there, I was embroiled in so many dramas and theories.' He recalled a moment when contestant Jessie pulled him up on a theory, calling it a 'catastrophic error'.
Despite the betrayals, Stephen insisted the faithfuls were 'so proud' of him and Rachel, adding: 'Because of the way it ended, the Faithful's kind of felt like it was almost like a Faithful win because we stuck together.'
On his prize money, Stephen revealed it has not yet arrived in his bank account, saying: 'I'm not checking because I want to get a nice surprise when it comes in.' He also disclosed that he has left his job and plans to use the money to 'survive for the next wee while'.
Stephen also shared that the BBC imposed a luggage limit, forcing him to pack two suitcases to the 'ninth degree' to bring his iconic outfits, which he said are part of his everyday wardrobe.
