Disgraced reality TV star Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 16 months' immediate imprisonment for breaching a restraining order. The sentence was handed down at Chelmsford Crown Court, where Bear appeared with his partner Miami.
Details of the Breach
Bear was sentenced for harassment by breaching a restraining order that accompanied his 2023 conviction for filming a sex tape of Georgia Harrison without consent and posting it online. The court heard that Bear received a significant number of notifications and online comments after Harrison appeared on a high-profile podcast in July 2025 and discussed the case.
Judge's Remarks and Mitigation
Sentencing him, Judge Morgan said: “You know what the terms of the order was. You understood the consequences and over a prolonged period you deliberately breached the court order. The sentence I impose must be immediate.”
Ms Molyneux, representing Bear, explained that he was experiencing personal difficulties at the time, which was presented as a mitigating factor. Bear appeared to cry in the dock while this issue was raised in court.
