Stacey Solomon has confessed to owning a giant naked photo of her husband, Joe Swash, which was inspired by Orlando Bloom's iconic nude paddleboard pose with his ex-wife, Katy Perry.
Stacey's Confession on Sort Your Life Out: Unpacked
The Sort Your Life Out presenter admitted to possessing the eye-popping image on her BBC spin-off show, Sort Your Life Out: Unpacked. In the striking snap, the EastEnders star appears completely naked while paddling a canoe.
The photo, blown up by an excited fan for Stacey, 36, and Joe, 44, was taken during their trip to Australia. The dad-of-four attempted to recreate A-lister Orlando Bloom's viral pose from 2016, where the actor was fully nude on a paddleboat with his then-wife, Katy Perry.
The Viral Inspiration
Orlando's NSFW snap went viral within minutes, with the Lord of the Rings star later saying he had "the feeling of being free". However, some were appalled by his candid comments.
In Joe's version, the cheeky chappy paddles his wife along a river Down Under, wearing only a backwards baseball cap. When asked if her husband was naked like Orlando, Stacey replied: "He's fully naked. We were in Australia, and do you remember when Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry took that photo? I was like: 'Joe, we should take that photo'. So we did and we did our own re-enactment."
A Fan's Thoughtful Gift
Stacey explained that a fan "put a pickle" to protect Joe's modesty before sending the photo. She continued: "And then a fan blew it up and put a pickle in front of Joe's (manhood) and sent it to us. I'm like: 'What am I going to do with this?' It was so lovely and thoughtful of this fan that I thought 'I can't throw it away' - so I've just kept it for like 10 years."
Admitting she didn't know what to do with it, Stacey later mused: "I don't want this in my house but I don't know what to do with it."
Stacey's Clutter Dilemma
The mum-of-five, who stars in the BBC show Sort Your Life Out where people are forced to clear out clutter from their homes, admitted she keeps everything fans send her. She added: "It's just so lovely that someone would take the time to blow up an inappropriate picture of you and spend their time and money doing that. And I think: 'I can't just shred it and put it in the bin'. However, drawing the line at framing the photo, she said: "The thought was there, but I'm not framing it."
When asked if she'd considered putting it up in her toilet, she joked: "My lovely blue loo? That's like my sanctuary - I'm not putting Joe's penis up there."
