Stacey Solomon has taken a trip down memory lane, sharing a series of photographs from 2016 that she says made her feel like she was living a different life. The 36-year-old Loose Women star posted a carousel of snaps on Instagram as part of the viral '2016 challenge', including one that she captioned 'the year I fell in love' with her now husband Joe Swash.
The first photo showed the couple sunbathing together six years after they first met on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2010. Stacey won the show, while Joe, now 43, was hosting the spin-off. They made their first public appearance as a couple in March 2016, and Stacey revealed she was already thinking about having children with him just months later.
Another holiday snap showed the pair recreating the famous Lady and the Tramp spaghetti scene. Stacey said it was the first holiday they took with her older sons Zachary, now 17, and Leighton, 13. She also shared a Halloween photo of Joe, joking that no one knows what he dressed up as that year. The couple, who married in 2022, now have three children together: Rex, 6, Belle, 4, and Rose, 2, and live at Pickle Cottage.
Stacey included a crying face emoji in her caption, writing: 'No because truly the 2016 trend makes me feel like I have had a previous life, why does 10 years feel like a lifetime ago.' She also shared a black-and-white photo of Zachary, who turns 18 in two months, and a snap of Leighton at the age Rose is now. Other memories included her first time surfing and her first pantomime role as the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella.
