The reality star, 30, supported Kate Halfpenny, the designer of her 2018 wedding dress, at the fashion event.
Mackintosh wore tailored wide-legged trousers, a frill-detail sweater, and a long-line jacket, paired with taupe suede stiletto heels and hoop earrings. She opted for natural hair and make-up as she caught up with Halfpenny.
Her appearance follows Monday's episode of E4's 'Spencer, Vogue and Wedding Two', where she and Vogue Williams revealed a 'pregnancy pact'. Williams noted that Mackintosh was the only one not drinking prosecco, then stated: 'I know Millie's not pregnant because we've got a pact to do it together so we can both moan at the same time.'
Williams, 33, and her husband Spencer Matthews have a 13-month-old son, Theodore. Mackintosh and her husband Hugo Taylor, 33, babysat Theodore with hilarious results in the same episode. Mackintosh and Taylor married in June 2018 after reuniting in 2016.
In a 2018 interview with Red magazine, Mackintosh said she wanted to have children at the same time as her friends, but not until her 30s. The 'pregnancy pact' with Williams aligns with that sentiment.
