Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has showcased the results of a juice cleanse, posing in a black and white polka dot bikini during a retreat in Portugal. The 63-year-old dance legend shared a mirror selfie on social media, captioning it: 'Starting day six at @juicemasterretreats feeling so much better cleaner lighter head space more clear.'
Ballas is staying at Juicy Oasis, a seven-day sanctuary offering juice detoxes, yoga, and fitness activities. Guests enjoy healthy juices and smoothies, along with daily classes ranging from intense workouts to relaxing yoga sessions. Additional activities include meditation, spinning, paddleboarding, massages, sauna visits, tennis, and canoeing.
The retreat has attracted celebrities such as Carol Vorderman, Rob Rinder, and Alex Scott. Prices start from £1,075 per person for a shared Eco pod, rising to £1,800 per person for a double booking or £2,750 for a solo stay in the luxurious 'Scrumptious' room, which features a double shower, 65-inch TV, and hot tub.
Ballas also addressed negative comments about her appearance, responding to a follower who suggested removing a 'wart' from her face. She clarified: 'I love the little bump on my chin I was born with it. It's not a wart.' She noted that personal messages increase as the new series of Strictly approaches.
The new season of Strictly Come Dancing begins in September, with Ballas joining fellow judges Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood, and Motsi Mabuse, while Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman return as presenters.
