Party of Five star Scott Wolf has filed for a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, in a Utah court, weeks after initiating divorce proceedings. The filing, made on Tuesday, includes a declaration from Scott's brother, Michael Wolf, according to reports.
The contents of the court documents remain sealed, but Kelley confirmed she was served the papers on Wednesday. The Independent has contacted Scott's representative for comment.
The restraining order comes days after Kelley was released from a Utah hospital, where she had been placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold following her detention by police at her home on 13 June. In an Instagram video, she was seen being handcuffed, alleging that Scott had been abusing her. In a later update, she claimed she was discharged with 'zero substances' in her system and no diagnosis.
Kelley addressed the divorce in her social media posts, claiming Scott 'filed for divorce this past week even though I’ve been trying to file for a legal separation for 9 LONG months.' She alleged that he had taken their three children to Boston without informing her, adding that she had barely seen them.
The couple, married since 2004, announced their split earlier this month with separate Instagram posts. Scott described it as the 'most difficult decision of my life' and asked for privacy for the sake of their children.
