Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf, has been hit with a new protective order prohibiting any contact with her ex-husband or their three children. The order comes after she allegedly violated a temporary custody agreement and posted Scott’s personal phone numbers online, leading to her arrest.
According to court documents obtained by People, Kelley must stay at least 300 feet away from Scott and cannot attempt any form of violence, harassment, or stalking. She is only permitted to communicate with him about their divorce or custody through scheduled mediation sessions with a court-qualified mediator.
The protective order follows her arrest on 26 August for posting Scott’s phone numbers on Instagram. Police reports noted that Scott received around 24 calls and multiple texts within ten minutes of the post, causing “a major disruption”. Kelley was charged with two misdemeanours: electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communications harassment.
This is not the first breach of court rules. In July, Kelley posted a now-deleted video attempting to enter the family home, which Scott had exclusive use of. As a result, Scott was granted temporary sole physical custody of their children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—with Kelley receiving only supervised visitation.
The couple’s divorce, announced in June, has been fraught with tensions. Shortly after the split, Kelley was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold but later discharged. The Independent has contacted representatives for both parties for comment.
