Exes Sam Thompson and Samie Elishi reunited at the National Television Awards (NTAs) last night, sparking fresh romance rumours. The pair, who split over the summer, were seen enjoying a 'cosy chat' in a smoking area outside the O2 Arena in London.
Sam, 33, was providing red carpet coverage alongside pal Pete Wicks, while Samie, 25, attended as a former Love Island star. The show was nominated for the Reality Competition award. Photos published by the Daily Mail show the former Made in Chelsea star and the ex-islander standing together, appearing in good spirits.
According to reports, the pair 'snuck out' of the event for a cigarette and chatted before leaving, seemingly skipping the official afterparty. This marks their second cosy interaction in weeks, following a reunion at a REHAB haircare brand launch in July.
A source told the Daily Mail that the exes were 'chatting away' while queuing for drinks and kept finding their way back to each other. The source added: 'He gently stroked her arm to make sure she had a drink and the pair were laughing away.'
Sam and Samie's romance reportedly ended in June after two months together. A source confirmed the split to the Mirror at the time, saying: 'They both have busy lives, it just didn't work out.' Sam's previous relationship with Zara McDermott ended last year.
