Cohen got in shape for his upcoming Marvel role as Mephisto in the series Ironheart. He told Men's Fitness he had just three weeks to achieve a superhero physique, relying on short, intense workouts and a high-fibre, high-protein, low-sugar diet. He credited celebrity trainer Alfonso Moretti, whom he contacted via Matthew McConaughey, for the transformation.
Despite the professional motivation, many fans speculated the transformation was a 'revenge body' following his divorce from Isla Fisher, finalised last month. Comments on his post included 'Single mode activated' and 'Revenge body,' with one fan joking, 'Isla be like, where was this dude during our marriage?'
