Russell Crowe and his longtime girlfriend Britney Theriot appeared more loved-up than ever as they stepped out together at the French Open in Paris on Sunday. The Gladiator star, 61, was photographed sharing affectionate moments with Britney, 42, as the couple enjoyed the action from the stands at Roland-Garros.
In one candid snap, Russell leaned in to kiss his partner as she smiled beneath oversized sunglasses and a slick red lip, while another showed the pair clasping hands during an intimate courtside moment. Dressed sharply, Russell wore a navy suit layered over a grey waistcoat and pale blue tie, while Britney opted for an oversized black blazer with gold crest detailing over a crisp white shirt.
The couple appeared completely at ease, laughing and chatting animatedly throughout the tournament. Their public appearance comes shortly after Russell addressed ongoing speculation about their relationship and age gap. Taking to X earlier this year, the Oscar winner clarified that Britney is 42, not decades younger as online rumours suggested.
Russell and Britney reportedly met on the set of Broken City in 2013 but were not romantically linked until 2020, after Britney left acting for real estate. They made their red carpet debut in 2022. Engagement rumours swirled last year when Britney wore a diamond ring at Wimbledon, but Russell later shut down speculation, saying he has no plans to marry again after his divorce from Danielle Spencer.
“My life is joyous and happy, why ruin that with a wedding?” he told 60 Minutes. “I'm not gonna get married again.” He added that they respect each other and wake up with a smile. Russell shares sons Charles and Tennyson with Danielle, with whom he remains close friends.
