Rochelle Humes has shared an emotional moment with her followers after returning home to a touching note from her eldest daughter, Alaia-Mai. The This Morning presenter, 33, has been juggling a busy schedule hosting the ITV daytime show alongside Andi Peters, as well as filming for Ninja Warrior in Manchester.

The former Saturdays star admitted to experiencing 'mum guilt' due to her heavy workload during the school holidays. On Monday evening, she took to Instagram to post a photo of the note, which read: 'Dear my super woman, I love you sooo much. You work so hard to make sure we have everything we own. We all love you so much. I am so lucky I have a mum like u! Love you lots from Alaia.'

In her caption, Rochelle wrote: 'I’ve been working a lot over the past few weeks since the kids have been off of school which I really try not to do, I had a bit of secret Mum guilt…just got in from work to this. My heart is SO full…okay I’m off to go cry now…'
