Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan have been seen raising a glass after their wedding anniversary. The legendary television couple were pictured together by their daughter Chloe Madeley, 39, who shared a string of snaps on social media from her birthday weekend.
Anniversary Celebration
Judy, 78, and Richard, 70, looked to be in good spirits as they sat across from one another in a restaurant, holding a glass of wine in the air and flashing a smile towards the camera. The former This Morning anchors recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary together.
As the UK basked under yet another heatwave, Judy exuded glamour as she rocked a white top and a pair of retro sunglasses. Meanwhile, Richard opted for a more casual white T-shirt as he smiled towards the camera.
Family Unity
Over the course of her birthday weekend, Chloe and her former husband, James Haskell, also put on a united front as they posed with their daughter Bodhi. The former couple, who separated in 2023 after five years of marriage, later posed for a selfie together, with ex-rugby ace Haskell holding up a cigar.
Fans of Richard and Judy instantly rushed to the comment section of Chloe's post, with one writing: "Your mum and Dad look amazing." Lovely photo miss seeing Judy on TV," said a second. Another penned: "Judy looks amazing. Miss her on our screens."
Health Scare
In the past, Judy revealed that she underwent a major overhaul of her diet and health after a health scare. In 2018, the broadcaster required two blood transfusions after she suffered from a stomach ulcer caused by taking ibuprofen for knee pain.
"I nearly died. Totally out of the blue never experienced anything like it before and hope to god I never will again," the star emotionally told MailOnline. Judy then went on to praise the skilled ambulance crew after suffering a stomach ulcer, which could have seen her "bleed out within an hour".
"'I survived thanks to exceptionally swift arriving and skilled ambulance crew and superb emergency treatment at London's Royal Free Hospital and two major life-saving blood transfusions."
Co-Parenting
Despite their decision to separate, James remains close to Chloe and her family, and they continue to maintain a strong relationship to co-parent their daughter together.
But James recently revealed that when he first started dating Chloe, he had no idea who her famous father was. He first saw a picture of Richard on Chloe's wall and thought that she had fancied the broadcaster.
Speaking on the No Parental Guidance podcast, James said: "I love Richard and Judy, they're great, they were always really nice to me. I didn't know Chloe was their daughter until I went on a date with her, and it was the first night we spent together."
"She took me back to her parents' house, and I remember there was a picture of Richard on the wall." James continued: "I thought Chloe's into a bit of kinky s***, I was like 'I don't look anything like that guy, he's tall, dark and handsome' and I was like this isn't going to last."
"So I got back into bed, and I was like, 'Why have you got a picture of Richard Madeley on the wall?' and she was like 'He's my dad' and I was like, 'Right, OK.'"
