Adele's Fiancé Rich Paul Reveals Details of Their Five-Year Relationship
Rich Paul Opens Up About Relationship with Adele

Adele's fiancé, sports agent Rich Paul, has given a rare glimpse into his five-year relationship with the singing sensation. In a recent interview, he shared how the couple first met and how their 'cordial' spark grew into a deep bond.

How They Met

Rich, 45, was first romantically linked to Adele, 38, in 2021, shortly after the release of her album '30.' They were first seen together at a basketball game, and their love blossomed from there. After three years, Adele confirmed their engagement to fans. Since then, the pair have kept their relationship private, but Rich recently opened up about their journey.

Speaking on Craig Melvin's 'Glass Half Full' podcast, Rich explained that he first met Adele 'through a friend.' They had known each other 'for some time' but took their time before becoming a couple. 'You know, just when you’re in these circles, man, you’re in these circles,' he said. 'But I never tried to get fresh with people that’s in comfortable circles because they always have to deal with that, so that was never my thing.'

He added that their connection happened 'very organically.' 'We’re all in the same vicinity, we’re all in the same circles, and, you know, we’re hanging and whatnot. We just used to always see each other, laugh and joke. It was just cordial, really, just cordial.'

Blended Family Plans

The couple have children from previous relationships: Adele has a 13-year-old son, Angelo, while Rich is a father to three kids: Reonna, Richie, and Zane. They have spoken about wanting to create a blended family and have children together.

Interestingly, Rich admitted he is not an active listener of Adele's music. He clarified that he 'can't help but to hear the monster hits' but explained that he is 'on the pulse of a lot of different things,' which means he does not regularly listen to her tracks.
