Rhian Sugden has showcased the results of her breast reduction surgery, going from a 32HH to a 32E cup size. The 39-year-old glamour model underwent the procedure in June after experiencing back pain and difficulty walking.
On Instagram, Sugden shared three topless photos showing her before, two weeks after, and several weeks after surgery. She wrote: 'From sagging to bragging. Swipe for before and after. These are the results from my breast reduction and uplift... no implant, all still natural. Just lifted and reduced.'
In a video taken nine weeks post-op, Sugden expressed delight with the outcome. She had previously revealed that her nipples were 11cm lower than they should have been after giving birth to her son George, now one. She said her back ache required weekly massages and swimming had become difficult due to her bust size.
Sugden hit back at trolls criticising her decision, saying the comments came from men who would 'never touch or be near her breasts'. She added that she had no concerns about scarring.
Her husband, actor Oliver Mellor, was initially 'gutted' about the reduction but now compares her to Pamela Anderson. Sugden told The Sun: 'He says I look like Pammy again because they're so perky. They look good and they're still a good size. A decent handful for him.'
