Rhian Sugden, the 39-year-old former Page 3 model, has showcased the results of her breast reduction surgery, which saw 500g removed from each breast earlier this year. The procedure reduced her bra size from 32HH to a 32E, and she has spoken about the positive impact on her life.
In a recent Instagram video, Sugden displayed her cleavage before and after the operation. She described the decision as 'one of the best I’ve ever made,' citing an end to back pain, the ability to run, and greater freedom in clothing choices without being limited by bra styles.
Sugden emphasised that no implants were used, only a lift and reduction, and that her breasts now feel as though they belong to her body. She noted that the recovery process was less painful than she had anticipated and described a significant confidence boost, referring to it as 'the mummy makeover I needed.'
The Celebrity Big Brother star also acknowledged that her husband, Oliver Mellor, was initially disappointed, as he had always appreciated her larger bust, but she believes he will appreciate her no longer complaining about back pain. Despite some negative reactions from fans, Sugden encouraged others considering the surgery to prioritise comfort and confidence.
Nine weeks post-operation, Sugden visited Pall Mall Cosmetics, the clinic that performed the surgery, and expressed her love for the results. She had previously shared topless before-and-after photos, noting that the scarring is fading well and that her figure now feels more lifted and proportionate.
