Princess Andre has appeared to take subtle swipes at her mother Katie Price in her new documentary series, The Princess Diaries. The 18-year-old, who is forging her own career in showbiz, has confessed she would never do glamour modelling like her mum did.
Speaking during a photoshoot for her 18th birthday, Princess acknowledged her mother's success in front of the camera but made a clear distinction: 'But obviously she did topless. And I would not do topless.' The ITV show focuses heavily on her close bond with father Peter Andre, while Katie's role is less prominent.
Princess also revealed she turns to stepmother Emily Andre for advice when she does not want to talk to her dad. Later in the series, she discussed the impact of her mother's split from Kieran Hayler, saying she felt she never fully recovered from the separation. Kieran has since apologised, calling it 'one of the hardest things I ever had to do'.
Despite these revelations, Princess denied any rift with her mother, telling Closer: 'There’s no rift between anyone.' In the documentary, she added: 'I love her, she's like my best friend.' The teen made her modelling debut last year and is now moving into reality TV, following in her famous parents' footsteps.
