The third series of Princess Andre's reality show, The Princess Diaries, begins this week on ITV2. The show follows Princess, the daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre, as she builds her own career away from her famous parents. Her older brother Junior also features heavily.
Katie Price's Involvement
This season includes Katie Price, despite her previous claim that she was 'not allowed' to appear in earlier series. Princess told Radio Times: 'Well, both our parents are in it, so that's really good. You're also going to see my beauty brand, you're going to actually see what they look like. We also did something together... that people would like to see.'
On This Morning, Princess said of her mother: 'Mum is a character, and she basically has no filter. I love her so much. It is funny to film with her because I actually said my show is PG, well meant to be PG, and then she comes on it. It's so funny.'
Princess on Her Mother's Marriage
In the programme, Princess discusses her mother's current relationship. The 19-year-old is heard saying: 'Mum's in Dubai right now to see her husband and to be honest I don't really know much about it.'
Of Lee Andrews, who Katie married just days after their first meeting in Dubai earlier this year, Princess added: 'I've never met him but mum's love life is everywhere at the moment. Mum's love life stories are quite extreme and honestly I don't even follow it myself, but as long as my mum's happy, we're happy, and that's all that matters.'
Background of the Marriage
Katie married businessman Lee Andrews in January, days after meeting him in person for the first time. She had flown to Dubai and got engaged to him after connecting on Instagram. The couple tied the knot a few days later and made it legal shortly after. Their six-month marriage has been turbulent, with Lee recently going missing and later found to be in prison in Dubai.
