Prince Harry has shared a glimpse into his daughter Princess Lilibet's interests during a recent appearance in the UK. The Duke of Sussex spoke about his daughter while attending the WellChild Awards in London last month.
The duke has returned to the UK with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Archie and Lili, as she is called, have been enrolled in British schools. As the Sussex family settle into their new life in the UK, Harry offered a sweet detail about Lili's personality.
Conversation with a Young Winner
While at the awards, the duke spoke with Margot Jones-Billington, the winner of the Inspirational Child 4-6 category, who was wearing a pair of sparkly shoes. Harry said: "Where did you get these? These are amazing, can I touch them? Woah! You obviously love sparkles."
He then revealed: "I have a boy and a girl who are seven and five. My little girl loves sparkles and she loves pink. That's her favourite colour."
Family Connection
Lili's royal cousin, Princess Charlotte, is also known to be a fan of pink. Her mother, the Princess of Wales, made the revelation during a visit to the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London in 2017. Catherine spoke to Nevaeh, who was six years old at the time.
The young girl said afterwards: "She asked me what my favourite colour is. I said it was pink and she said that's Charlotte's favourite colour too."
