Prince George has officially entered his teenage years, and he's already beginning to bear a remarkable resemblance to certain members of his family. The eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales is marking his 13th birthday today (July 22), and while it's entirely expected that George would grow up resembling his father, Prince William, there are other Royal Family members to whom he bears an uncanny likeness.

Comparison to Great-Uncle Charles Spencer
In an Instagram post, one royal admirer shared a side-by-side photograph of Prince George next to an old image of his great-uncle Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, the younger brother of George's late paternal grandmother, Princess Diana. The pair appear to share a striking resemblance, with George seemingly the mirror image of what Earl Spencer looked like during his youth.
The royal fan wrote alongside the photos: "There's no doubt that Prince George is a Spencer. What do you think? Does he look like his great-uncle Charles or not?"
Divided Opinions Among Commenters
Commenters appeared divided on the comparison, however. Many acknowledged they could see the likeness, while others argued that George more closely resembles other family members, including his great-great-grandfather, King George VI.
One person said: "For the first time, I saw the Spencer in him in these Easter photos." Another added: "Definitely has some Spencer."
However, another countered: "No way - he is 100% a Windsor. Looks like King George VI," to which a fellow commenter agreed, writing: "I think he looks like his great-great-grandfather, King George VI." But another observer also highlighted the resemblance to the late monarch, stating: "George has King George VI's eyes, Queen Elizabeth's father."
Comparisons to Other Royal Siblings
Prince George isn't the only member of his family who draws comparisons to other royals, either. Both of his siblings, 11-year-old Princess Charlotte and eight-year-old Prince Louis, have also been described as the "spitting image" of older royals during their appearances at public events.
During last month's Trooping the Colour, royal enthusiasts remarked that Prince Louis bore a striking resemblance to his maternal grandfather, Michael Middleton. One admirer declared he was the "double" of Princess Catherine's father, further noting the young royal was "growing up fast".
When Princess Charlotte marked her 11th birthday in April, fans were swift to identify two relatives she bears a remarkable likeness to - her grandmother, Princess Diana, and great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. Childhood photographs of both women were placed alongside a picture of Charlotte on Facebook, and the similarities are extraordinary, with commenters confessing they struggled to determine which member of the Royal Family she most closely resembles.
