Katie Price and Peter Andre have agreed to stop speaking negatively about each other, putting the well-being of their children first. The former couple, who divorced in 2009, announced their decision in a joint Instagram story on Friday.
Parents to Junior, 19, and Princess, 17, they stated their intention to work together as co-parents. The post read: 'Katie Price and Peter Andre have decided to close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect. We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children.'
The pair met on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and married in 2005 at Highclere Castle. Price also has son Harvey, 23, with Dwight Yorke, and two children with Kieran Hayler. Andre has three children with his wife Emily MacDonagh.
Andre, originally from Harrow, is known for hits like 'Mysterious Girl' and 'I Feel You'. Price won Celebrity Big Brother in 2015 and recently featured in a fertility documentary. The couple asked for understanding from the media and public as they move forward.
