A stunning video captures a plane flying low over Llangennith beach near Rhossili at sunset earlier this month. The aircraft cruises above the sea, briefly obscured by the bright sun as it sets over the Gower peninsula.
RAF Confirms Training Flight
The Royal Air Force confirmed it had two aircraft in the area at the time the video was captured, around 8.45pm on July 14, which were taking part in standard training after departing from RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.
While the exact type of aircraft and its purpose at low altitude in south Wales are not certain, the RAF cautioned that other military planes, including those of the US Air Force, also use UK air space.

The flight is not thought to have been a practice run ahead of this weekend's Wales Airshow in Swansea.
