Fifteen years after a photograph from the 2011 American Music Awards went viral, Pitbull has finally explained the visible bulge in his trousers during his performance with Jennifer Lopez.
The 45-year-old rapper addressed the moment during a Q&A at Billboard's Latin Music Week in Miami on Wednesday, revealing that an unexpected move by Lopez during the live show was the cause.

'But funny story on that right there,' Pitbull began. 'There's a picture out there with me and Jennifer at an [awards show], and Jennifer, during rehearsal, didn't do a certain move that she did when the show went on.'
'And when she did that move, I got excited. So that makes sense to that picture, if you know what I'm talking about,' he added.
The image, which circulated widely online, appeared to show a conspicuous bulge in the rapper's trousers as Lopez, now 57, ground against him during their choreographed performance.

Pitbull made clear he holds no ill will toward his former collaborator, praising her career and achievements.
'What a, at the time, an absolute blessing and honor to be able to work with Jennifer Lopez,' he said. 'Jennifer, I appreciate you.'
The pair have collaborated on several hits over the years, including 'On The Floor,' 'Dance Again,' and 'Live It Up.'
New Album and Bon Jovi Collaboration
At the same event, Pitbull discussed his latest album, 'PITCOIN,' released earlier this month, which features a collaboration with Jon Bon Jovi.
The pair have reworked Bon Jovi's classic 'It's My Life' into a new track titled 'Now Or Never,' with Pitbull revealing that the rock legend is already asking when they will work together again.
