Peter Andre has firmly denied Lee Andrews' claim that he has adopted Katie Price's children, with a representative branding the statement 'categorically untrue' and 'yet another lie'. The 53-year-old Australian pop star shares daughter Princess, 18, and son Junior, 21, with Katie Price, 48, from their rocky marriage from 2005 to 2009. Katie also has three other children from later relationships, including Harvey, 23, with Dwight Yorke.
Lee Andrews' Adoption Claim
Lee Andrews, Katie's fourth husband, made the claim in a Cameo video obtained by The Sun, where he said: 'I haven't got children, but we're trying. I've adopted five of them. I love my wife, and I love her children.' However, Peter Andre's representative told Metro that the adoption claims are false, adding: 'They haven't even met him!'
In April, Lee claimed he had face-to-face interactions with Katie's eldest children, but Katie's spokesperson denied this. An insider told Closer that Katie was 'genuinely shaken' by Lee's mistruths about her children.
Previous Denials and Tattoo
In March, just two months after his quickie UAE wedding to Katie, Lee unveiled a tattoo of Harvey's name on his hand, accompanied by a frog. He also shared a drawing by Harvey depicting Katie, Lee, and Harvey as frogs, with Lee referred to as 'Daddy'. Katie's family were reportedly 'blindsided' by the marriage, with Princess and Junior learning about it via a WhatsApp group chat.
Princess told The Sun she 'doesn't know anything' about her mum's new man, while Junior called the union a 'bombshell' and said: 'I don't know the guy, so it's shocking.'
Lee's Legal Issues
Lee was released from Al-Wir prison last week, having ghosted Katie and allegedly owing thousands of pounds in unpaid debts. He has been accused of misleading claims of being a multi-millionaire business owner, being banned from leaving Dubai, teasing a fake pregnancy, and scamming women. His ex Alana called him the 'Tinder Swindler' on Instagram.
Peter Andre, who married NHS doctor Emily MacDonagh in 2015, has raised concerns about his ex-wife's relationship, saying: 'I want her to be happy.' In February, Peter and Katie released a joint statement calling a truce and vowing to 'move forward' with positivity and respect.
