Peter Andre gifts Princess holiday for 19th birthday

Peter Andre has revealed that he gave his daughter Princess a holiday with friends for her 19th birthday. The 53-year-old singer, known for his hit "Mysterious Girl," shares Princess and son Junior with ex-wife Katie Price.

Princess's Growing Career

Princess has been busy with her showbiz career, filming two series of her reality show The Princess Diaries. Peter decided to send her on a trip to celebrate her milestone birthday.

Writing in his new! magazine column, Peter said: "By the time you read this, my beautiful daughter Princess will have just turned 19. I sent her away with some friends on holiday. A present from me. It’s brilliant to see both Princess and Junior growing up and becoming beautiful human beings, I am so proud of all that they are doing."

Junior's 21st Birthday

Just weeks earlier, Peter celebrated his eldest son Junior's 21st birthday. Junior has carved out a career in the music industry. Peter paid an emotional tribute, saying: "We're just a few days away from Junior’s 21st birthday - I can’t believe it! I’ll keep you updated on how it goes. He doesn’t know what he’s doing yet."

Peter added that he skipped a wedding to be available for Junior: "I have a wedding that I was meant to go to on that day, but I’m not going now simply so I can be on call for my son! Emily’s going to the wedding, though - it’s a dear family friend but I just wanted to be there for Junior."

He revealed he got Junior "something really special" for his birthday, saying: "He’s still my baby boy. I love him so much and I’m so proud of the gentleman he’s becoming. He’s a kind-hearted soul, respectful and polite and that’s all I can ask for. It certainly doesn’t feel like 21 years since I was holding him in the hospital. Time flies!"

Junior has also appeared on his sister's reality show. The pair are reportedly set to join forces for Celebrity Race Across the World and may launch their own podcast, putting them in competition with Loose Women stars and their mother Katie Price.
