Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke and his husband Gareth have moved to the countryside following their eviction from a £4million Chelsea townhouse, sources confirm. The couple were removed from the property in February after failing to pay three months' rent, leaving a £25,000 debt outstanding.
Despite their financial difficulties, Ollie had been telling contacts since October that he was planning to open a nightclub in Fulham with nightlife impresario Marc Burton. However, Marc denied any involvement, stating: 'We are not involved in this venture. It is the first we have heard of it.' A source close to Ollie later said he 'hasn't spoken to Marc in months'.
The couple, who have two-year-old twins, are said to be at risk of bankruptcy. A source told the Daily Mail: 'They have failed to pay three months' rent and were warned multiple times about breaching their contract.' It is also alleged that rent paid by a tenant living with the Lockes was used to finance their luxury lifestyle, rather than being passed to the landlord.
Ollie's company, The Chelsea Pub Co, is also under scrutiny, though details remain unclear. The couple are rumoured to have moved into another high-priced rental property, raising further questions given their outstanding debt.
