Olivia Attwood has shared with fans that she will not clarify her relationship status amid rumors she is dating former TOWIE star Pete Wicks. The TV presenter and documentary maker posted a series of pictures to her Instagram, captioning the photo dump: 'Not clearing up any rumours. If I didn't do it, I still might.'
Since she was caught kissing close friend Pete Wicks earlier this year, fans have questioned whether the 35-year-old Loose Women panellist had embarked on a romance with the former TOWIE star. Both reality TV personalities have refused to clarify their bond, sending fans into a frenzy.
Olivia's Cryptic Social Media Post
In her recent Instagram post, Olivia addressed the speculation indirectly, stating she would not confirm or deny any rumors. This came after her split from husband Bradley Dack in January amid allegations of infidelity. In previous posts, Olivia had hinted at trouble in paradise, which many assumed was linked to her newfound connection with Pete, who co-hosts a podcast with her.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed Pete's dog, Rodney, in one of the pictures. One commenter wrote: 'Yay to Rodney. Was hoping to spot some subtle Pete hints and also wondered if the dogs are mates!' Another added: 'Yes Rodney!!!!!!!' A third fan said: 'Hard launching Rodney!' while a fourth commented: 'Stitch, Lola & Rodney.'
Previous Denials and Marriage Struggles
Speculation about Olivia and Pete's alleged romance began in August last year when they were photographed together in Ibiza. Pictures showed Pete placing his hand on Olivia's thigh, sparking rumors. At the time, Olivia was still married to Bradley and addressed the situation publicly.
She admitted her marriage was going through difficult times, stating: 'Me and Brad never pretend to have a perfect relationship, we have been up, down, left, backwards, and the last six months have been really challenging for us. My work and his work take precedence over everything, we have to navigate our relationship all the time.'
She continued: 'It's the boring side of being an adult in a long-term relationship, we constantly have to work at it and that's just the truth. No one else really wants to say that part out loud but it is difficult at times.'
Olivia's Honest Admission
The TV presenter added: 'There are ups and downs, there are things on his side which haven't been great, there's a mix of things. I have f***ed up and done stuff, Brad has f***ed up. It's really easy to pretend you're perfect but no one is if you just dig a little deeper.'
Speaking about her estranged husband's reaction to the Ibiza photos, she said: 'I get why Brad didn't like it, we were all on the boat, drinking and hugging each other and being best friends, it was family vibes. But if it was the other way around, of course I wouldn't like it either.'
She concluded: 'It was just a holiday to Ibiza, who knew it would cause so much trouble? I was there with KISS, which is why Pete was there and we were hosting for them. We hosted an O Beach event and a couple of my pals joined and we had a few extra days.'
Fans continue to speculate about the nature of Olivia and Pete's relationship, but for now, Olivia remains tight-lipped.
