Olivia Attwood Reveals She Cried Herself to Sleep After Split from Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood has opened up about the emotional turmoil she experienced following her split from Gillingham footballer Bradley Dack, admitting she cried so hard she feared she might pass out. The former Love Island star, 34, shared her candid thoughts during an appearance on the Extra Dirty podcast, recorded while on a girls' trip to New York last month.

Attwood, who announced the breakdown of her marriage in January, revealed that she spent many nights crying herself to sleep but chose to keep that part of her life private. 'I've cried so hard during this breakup to the point where I f*****g think I'm going to pass out, and then I will slap myself in the face and go to work,' she said. She explained that she refrained from sharing her tears online because she believes it would harm her professional reputation.

The TV presenter recently accused Dack of being unfaithful during their ten-year relationship, which she described as 'on and off'. When asked if this breakup was her hardest, Attwood confirmed it was, adding: 'This relationship spans over a decade... so it's such a big area of my life. And I think that when you know you tried, we both tried so many things to make it work, of course it's just so sad.'

Despite the pain, Attwood said she does not hate her ex-partner, noting that it would be easier to move on if she did. The podcast also touched on her dating life, with Attwood confirming she is dating but avoiding specifics about her rumoured romance with close friend Pete Wicks, whom she was recently pictured kissing in Soho.

Attwood described her ideal man as someone with 'a cool sense of style', tattoos, a beard, and confidence, adding: 'I'm yapping enough for both of us but you don't need to be talking all the time.' The podcast was recorded on 16 March, just over a week before the publicised kiss with Wicks.
