Olivia Attwood has broken her silence on her marriage split from footballer Bradley Dack, describing the experience as 'bleeding in shark infested waters' in a heartfelt Instagram post. The former Love Island star, 33, revealed she has been crying herself to sleep but maintaining a business-as-usual front since the separation.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Attwood admitted vulnerability is not her forte, especially on social media. She wrote: 'I keep opening Instagram to post but I don't know what to say or do? Vulnerability is not my bag!!! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.' She added that she never expected to be moving into her new apartment alone and is 'in over my depth for sure'.
The couple's split was reported last week, with sources citing a 'breach of trust' on Dack's part. While the 30-year-old Sunderland midfielder has continued to like Attwood's posts and wears his wedding ring, the TV presenter has unfollowed him on Instagram and appears to have removed her ring.
A source told The Sun that Dack is 'desperate to win Olivia back' and 'loves her', hoping to move past the issues. Attwood, however, is said to be 'devastated' but determined to keep details of the split private, focusing on her work and new home.
