Reality TV star Olivia Attwood has spoken out about the breakdown of her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack, describing the experience as “utterly humiliating” and alleging repeated infidelity. The 34-year-old Love Island star took to Instagram on Tuesday evening to address her 2.6 million followers, stating that she had stood by Dack for ten years during which he “lied and cheated on me multiple times”.
Attwood, who married the Gillingham midfielder in 2023, revealed that the final straw came in January when she was confronted at a screening of one of her shows with reports of another infidelity. “I decided it was time to finally leave,” she wrote, adding that she now feels like “a f****** idiot” as more details have come to light. She also criticised the “disgusting things” written about her relationship in the press.
The couple’s wedding was documented in the ITV series Olivia Meets Her Match and Olivia Marries Her Match. Recent headlines had also suggested that their marriage was not legally binding as the hotel where they wed lacked a marriage licence at the time. Attwood, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2017 and later appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, has since expanded her career to include roles on Loose Women and various ITV programmes.
Despite the emotional turmoil, Attwood emphasised that she is moving forward, dating, and continuing to work on her TV shows, podcast, and radio show. “I’m getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming,” she said, asserting that she is not “pulling the wool over anyone’s eyes”.
