Nicole Williams English Gets First SI Swimsuit Cover

Nicole Williams English has achieved a major milestone by securing her very first cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition, following her recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2023. The summer 2026 SI Swimsuit issue, which also includes celebrities like Hilary Duff and Tiffany Haddish, will hit newsstands on May 14 and be available nationally from May 26.

A Gradual Rise to Fame

The journey to this accomplishment has been a steady and gradual ascent for the 38-year-old wife of former NFL star Larry English, 40. Nicole first gained attention in 2015 when she appeared on the reality series WAGS, which focused on the wives and girlfriends of professional athletes. Her career progressed as she forged connections with the Kardashian family, modeling for Kim Kardashian's shapewear brand SKIMS and later collaborating with Khloe Kardashian's clothing line, Good American.

New Reality Series: The Girls

The raven-haired beauty has now been cast in Khloe Kardashian's upcoming reality TV spinoff series titled The Girls, which revolves around the close-knit circle of friends of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. The cast also includes Malika and Khadijah Haqq, Olivia Pierson, Natalie Halcro, and Yris Palmer, who is a close friend of Kylie Jenner. Khloe, 41, will serve as executive producer for the Hulu series and is expected to appear in episodes, though she is not part of the main cast.

Speaking at Hulu's Get Real House Live event on April 22, Khloe expressed her excitement: 'I am excited to introduce you to my chosen family. My incredible inner circle of real life besties. They're moms, they're moguls, they're my girls. And soon they're going to be all your girls, too.' In the teaser, she described her friends as 'wild and absolutely unhinged' and noted their close relationships with 'a lot of my siblings.'

Malika Haqq commented after the teaser aired: 'We really are the Kardashian-Jenner OG squad. We've come together for every event, child, play, cry, birthday — and we've been a show since we've known each other. Khloe just figured it out that it was something that everybody else needed to see as well.'

Upcoming Release and Content

The series is set to premiere later in 2026. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the show will feature Khloe's friends 'raising babies, running businesses and surviving brutally honest group chats,' along with 'surprise proposals,' 'solo parenting,' 'growing pains,' and 'glam getaways.' In the trailer, Kardashian acknowledged that the group has their 'issues,' but believes fans will love them for it. She added: 'Like real sisters, we've got our issues. With the girls, it's always something. And honestly, that's why I'm obsessed.'

Khloe's sisters Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie, and Kim are not expected to appear on the series. In 2024, Khloe posted a heartfelt birthday tribute on Instagram for twins Malika and Khadijah, calling them her 'safe space.' She wrote: 'You are my safe space. You are the ones I want to do everything and nothing with. You are the ones I've always been able to count on. Blessed to have had my safe space since we were young teenagers. Since the moment I met you girls we just clicked. We just get one another. We became triplets and we never looked back.'
